Cindy Prohl, founder

With over 25 years in the hotel industry and a decade dedicated to revenue management, Cindy Prohl, CRMA, brings a proven track record of driving top-line performance across multiple brands, markets, and property types.

Cindy began her career in hospitality operations and sales before building and leading a revenue management department overseeing 45 hotels. Her expertise spans strategic pricing, demand forecasting, digital marketing integration, and special event optimization. She has worked with leading brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, and Best Western, developing tailored strategies that deliver measurable results.

Recognizing the need for a more personalized, hands-on approach than many brand-provided services, Cindy founded ProLodgic Revenue Solutions to help hotels unlock their full revenue potential. Her philosophy is simple: combine data-driven strategies with proactive communication and a deep understanding of each property’s unique market.

When she’s not analyzing comp sets or fine-tuning distribution channels, Cindy enjoys exploring historic towns, traveling with her family, playing piano and seeking out live music whenever possible.
